I followed the steps and deactivated Nitro on the old machine and entered it on the new one but it says my serial doesn't exist. The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number.
