please provide a link in english for an older version of Nitro13. i see in earlier messages a link to fix but it is the italian version. I am unable to use my nitro at this time until i receive a fix.

Could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

here are the two serial  numbers that are not working properly.

Hello @Marina Ruder,

Thank you for these serial numbers.

We recently became aware of this issue with Nitro PDF Pro where certain documents generate this error.  Our developers are current working on getting this resolved.

In the meantime you have a couple of options.  You can open the file in another program such as Chrome, Edge or the free Adobe Reader and then print it to the Nitro PDF Creator printer.  The new PDF created will now work in Nitro PDF Pro without error.  

The other option is to uninstall Nitro PDF Pro Version 13.53 and install Version 13.50 which does not have this issue.  You can download this version of Nitro PDF Pro here:

To install the English version, please download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine:

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509 

Clear all your Downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

Download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13.50 English version using the installers links below:
