German Castiblanco Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 I had to rebuild my computer then I re-downloaded Nitro Pro (The system only gave me the option to install Nitro Pro 13 while my license was purchased for NItro Pro 12). When I try to activate it, it tells me the S/N doesn´t exist and that I need to contact Support Services. After following the instructions and get to the point where I have to include my license number and then click "Find license", the system finds it and tells me that I have to click the deactivate buttom and immediately I could activate it again. When I clik the deactivate buttom it pops up a message telling me that I need to select the devices to deactivate but it does not give me any device option to deactivate. Then nothing happens and I continue without chances to use the software. This inability to activate my product is starting to impact my business operations - please help me! We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
