Why do I need to repurchase?

I tried to port Nitro Pro from my old computer to my new. I went to download and Nitro 11 was not a choice. I did Nitro 13, then Nitro 12. Both are saying I am in a Trial which ends soon. I botched the transfer and deleted the Serial Number, I think, because I chose "Delete off this computer" but I still have the Certificate: 97459543993318273924950732264249449188026878673826638194361434612443354255458575401010060814577781692631308163371138453293539761365375928048372513276728053

The Help cycle is an endless loop (and it was even when I still had my Serial Number, very frustrating!)

I just want a working version of Nitro, please help.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:

It told me to save the certificate before deactivating, which I did, but it did NOT say to save the Serial Number - I put it in the Activation box as I was told to do! Thus, I don't have it anymore, since all I ended up with was a trial version of 13!  I will be trying to use 12, as you have said below was an option for me. I'm going to need those middle numbers.
