Regina Santore Posted December 29, 2021 Report Share Posted December 29, 2021 I tried to port Nitro Pro from my old computer to my new. I went to download and Nitro 11 was not a choice. I did Nitro 13, then Nitro 12. Both are saying I am in a Trial which ends soon. I botched the transfer and deleted the Serial Number, I think, because I chose "Delete off this computer" but I still have the Certificate: 97459543993318273924950732264249449188026878673826638194361434612443354255458575401010060814577781692631308163371138453293539761365375928048372513276728053 The Help cycle is an endless loop (and it was even when I still had my Serial Number, very frustrating!)
