Need help getting our serial number

Have a laptop we need to factory reset and can only view the first six digits of the serial (504985).  How can I get the rest so I can reactivate?

The original purchase may have been made using the old emplyee's email, not mine?

If you are looking for the complete key that starts with '504985', this is for Nitro PDF Pro 13 and both of the email addresses you provided was not used for this purchase.
