Need help activating Nitro Pro 12 on a new computer.

I recently built a new computer and deactivated Nitro Pro 12 on the old machine, and something didn't go correctly. During the deactivation process I was directed to open www.nitropdf.com/activation that redirects to www.internetactivation.com which refuses to connect. Though Nitro Pro is no longer active on the old computer.

I installed Nitro Pro 12 on the new computer, submitted a support ticket, chose "Activation", and entered my license. The results screen showed that the status was "active".  When I picked "Deactivate" the system responds by asking me to "Please select devices to deactivate" but there is no menu showing any devices.

How can I activate Nitro Pro 12 on my new computer?

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234601-xxxxxx-805244
