Mike Huddy Posted January 1, 2022 Report Share Posted January 1, 2022 I recently built a new computer and deactivated Nitro Pro 12 on the old machine, and something didn't go correctly. During the deactivation process I was directed to open www.nitropdf.com/activation that redirects to www.internetactivation.com which refuses to connect. Though Nitro Pro is no longer active on the old computer. I installed Nitro Pro 12 on the new computer, submitted a support ticket, chose "Activation", and entered my license. The results screen showed that the status was "active". When I picked "Deactivate" the system responds by asking me to "Please select devices to deactivate" but there is no menu showing any devices.
