FLICKERING STAMP ISSUE VERSION 13

I upgraded from Nitro 9 and when I place a stamp on the page?  As soon as the cursor moves away from the stamp? it generates another image!!! how do you get one stamp only???? with the older versions it was very easy... 1 stamp.. 1 image until you requested the next stamp...  the new one it wants to keep duplicating the stamp over and over!!!! unless you save it??  which makes it difficult to modify the one you just used... HELP!!!!!!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.46.0.937). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Since this is the first time we have received such rare behavior and as part of initial troubleshooting of this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. If repairing didn't help, let us uninstall and reinstall your Nitro PDF Pro 13 by referring to these steps:

1. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine:

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509

2. Clear all your Downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13.53 using the installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages:

Important: If you are using Chrome or any of the Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Vivaldi, etc.) and you are unable to access the above installer links, you're more than likely experiencing the results of a new security feature that was silently pushed out to the browsers, which blocks .exe/.msi/etc downloads without any visible error or prompt on the browser's frontend user space. In order to bypass this, please try these steps:

a. Right-click the link you're trying to download, and select "Save link as..."
b. Choose your save location and select "Save"
c. On the bottom edge of your browser window, the Downloads bar should now appear and the file will show up with a red error icon, attempting to block the download. Press the caret button and select "Keep"

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 504947-xxxxxx-405182

did all that.. registry cleanup as well same issue  place a stamp and as soon as the cursor exits the stamp? another stamp appears..

honestly my previous version was fine but couldn't be downloaded anymore. I thought I save the .exe but no.. I use the stamps a LOT so this is a BIG problem.. I liked version 9.. 

running win 10x64 pro  been using Nitro for 10 years I think

Still waiting for a satisfactory resolution... .. 1st? it was claimed you couldn't duplicate the issue.. then you advised me this is a new part of the program???  whoever wrote this part of the program should be terminated  because it is not useful at all!!!  The amount of times a stamp would be used in multiple sequences vs 1 time? about 1 in 10000 times... This "improvement" causes MULTIPLE errors and makes using the stamps a PIA.. I need an answer/solution or refund..
