John Fitzgerald Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 I have Nitro Pro 12, and then my computer crashed and I could not get back into to deactivate it so I could get my serial number, and I cannot get back to my old emails to find your registration email. It seems I have now downloaded Nitro Pro 13; can my old account work on this to activate, or do I have to buy a new upgrade? What is the best way to get reactivated as quickly as possible. With Nitro PDF Pro 13 installed on your system, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 504919-xxxxxx-242145 (complete key was sent privately) Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
