Allesondra Helwig Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 I am trying to reactivate my nitro membership but it keeps giving me errors.. My computer crashed recently resulting in reinstallation of nitro. When I go to support ticket, it tells me to deactivate and then activate with the serial number, but when I click deactivate, it gives me a disclaimer that says “choose devices to deactivate”… but there is no place to choose which device to deactivate.
