Allesondra Helwig Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 I am trying to reactivate my nitro membership but it keeps giving me errors.. My computer crashed recently resulting in reinstallation of nitro. When I go to support ticket, it tells me to deactivate and then activate with the serial number, but when I click deactivate, it gives me a disclaimer that says “choose devices to deactivate”… but there is no place to choose which device to deactivate. I do not have the old computer to find the existing activation number and the old email containing the activation code. If you have not yet installed the version you purchased, you may use the following direct MSI installer links: x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.53.3.1073/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.53.3.1073/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
