Activation

I had my computer rebuilt. I installed Nitro Pro, but I cannot activate it. It says not a valid serial number when I enter the serial number. I went through deactivation steps, and I think I managed to deactivate Nitro, but I am not sure. Is this because Version 12 serial number does not work with Version 13? What can I do to activate it?

Problem solved when I activated Version 12.

Dear Murat I disactivate NitroPro 11 in my old computer and I can not re-instal in my new PC ... even if I used the serial number and all information related with the activation certificate as well, looks like the web page for activation generate and error with this certification code. What will be your recommendation in this case to activate my NitroPro 11?

Please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 and older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 
However, you can still use your existing license to activate the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). 

The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location: 
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you should be able to activate using your existing version 11 license. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button.
