Issues with Re-activation on new laptop (-2: Error - Bad Parameter)

Hello, I have deactivated Nitro Pro on my old laptop however I cannot get the new laptop to activate rendering the software unuseable.

Any assistance you could offer would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check the version of your serial number through our license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

If the version is 12, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12. The installer can be located from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

If the version is 13, you need to install Nitro Pro 13. The installer can also be located from the above link, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

Once you have determined the version of your serial number and the appropriate version is installed on the computer, you should be able to activate the software. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button.
