To successfully activate using your version 12 license, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you should be able to activate using your existing version 12 license. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. mfiadeiro Posted January 9, 2022 Author Report Share Posted January 9, 2022 Hi Reymund, Thank you for replying. Unfortunately when I try to install V12.16.9.574 I always get an error... I have Windows 10 updated to 21H2 installed. I can install, uninstall and reinstall V12.16.3.574 without any issues. Installation ID: 00000000000000000000632273267842 Is there another way? Could you please take a screenshot? Please also try to install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using the offline MSI installer. For some reason, the previous installation file (nitro_pro12.exe - 1.65MB) downloaded the msi but always failed to execute. This is solved. Thank you for your help!
