No need to deactivate through the licensing portal since the Number of Activations under your license is at 0 (zero). To successfully activate using your version 12 license, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you should be able to activate using your existing version 12 license. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button.
