Need help for reinstallation on new Server

Hello,

 

we use NitroPro for some years now.

With the new year we changed our IT-Support-Company and the whole Server-Strukture.
Now we need help to reactivate our Nitro-Licence / installation on the new Servers.

AtM we work on trial. The old IT-Support didn't give us any information except the  licence-no.
