Unable to load documents to send for signature

Hi  I am having the same issue.  I am unable to load documents to send for signature.

I understand that you cannot upload a document in Nitro Sign to request for signature. Please allow me to ask the following questions to better troubleshoot this issue:

1. The exact steps you are taking before coming across this issue.
2. Are you clicking the Request Signature in Nitro PDF Pro (under Share tab) to upload the file in Nitro Sign? 

If yes, please take a screenshot of the error message then provide the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro, the details can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

3. Have you tried going to https://cloud.gonitro.com/, login using your Nitro Sign account, then upload the document and process the Request Signature from there? 
4. What is the file size of the document that you are trying to upload in Nitro Sign?

Hi Sorry I have been away.  Yes I log in via https://cloud.gonitro.com/, then select 'Send for Signature.  However I do not receive an error message.  I choose the document (small - 1 page) and the screen has the circle of death spinning.  My nitro account works fine in the officer however when I work from home, I have this problem - very frustrating.
