Hi Team,

I've changed over to a new laptop and have not been able to successfully activate my existing subscription. I have implemented the "...Find License and Deactivate ..." instructions but cannot re-install.

I'd really like to resolve asap with pending deadlines.

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro license including the version and exact build of your installation, this information can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
These information will help us further troubleshoot this activation issue.
