keine Aktivierung Nitro möglich

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Vollversion von Nitro PDF. Diese muss auf Grund einer Neuinstalltion auf dem Rechner neu aktiviert werden. Dieses funktioniert jedoch leider nicht, aufgrund der Fehlerangabe das bereits zu viele Geräte mit der Lizenznummer vergeben sind. Eine Freigabe der Geräte auf der Homepage so das die Lizenznummer wieder frei gebeben werden kann, ist nicht möglich. Es steht hier keine Geräteauswahl zur Verfügung. Kann wer helfen oder hat einen Tip für mich? Eine Ticketauswahl an das Supportteam habe ich bereits versucht. Diese ließ sich unter diesem Sachverhalt leider nicht versenden.

ich werde die Angaben einmal heraus suchen und herunter posten. Jedoch habe ich etwas bedenken mit der Seriennummer. Sobald ich diese hier poste, steht sie doch öffentlich für jeden zugänglich? Wäre es möglich hier auch über PN zu kommunizieren oder wird jeder Beitrag (vor Veröffentlichung) von einem Moderator gegengelesen und gegebenenfalls korrigiert?
