Nitro Sign for Word - unresponsive

Please help. 

When hitting send for signature on a document in Microsoft Word using the Nitro Add In, the side bar screen appears blank (or frozen). I have already tried reinstalling the add in which hasn't worked.

This has been happening on and off over the few days now and means I'm unable to send anything out for signing. Please assist with a resolution ASAP.

-Have you tried running a repair of your MS Office?

-Have you tried connecting to a different WIFI hotspot?

Thank you for your feedback.

I've tried both of the steps and neither has worked. It appears to crash at a similar time each day.

Anymore suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any scheduled tasks like an antivirus program that scans the machine on a specific time each day?

If yes, would it be possible to turning off the s task so we can check if the plugin will not crash?
