Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has Failed

I have a new laptop which had a trial version of Nitro Pro loaded.  I uninstalled that version.

I subsequentially purchased a new license for Nitro Pro and have been trying to install it with installation wizard.  It completes the download section then I keep getting the error

Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed.

Please help !

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

This is commonly caused when using our .exe installer so please delete it then use below direct MSI installer links:

x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.53.3.1073/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.53.3.1073/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 50491x-xxxxxx-824718
