Computer crash now can't activate my product with original key

After having a computer crash and recovering via carbonite, I am unable to get Nitro pro activated. Please help me resolve this.

As per our server logs, we can see you were able to install and activate your Nitro PDF Pro 13 using serial number 5049xx-xxxxxx-610914

Do you still need further assistance here? If yes, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.46.0.937) and the same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
