Mike Hartley Posted January 17, 2022 Report Share Posted January 17, 2022 I have just purchased two new license Nitro Pro licenses - I already have two that work fine. I have just tried to activate one of the new installs and the process seems to have changed. Instead of allowing me to enter the activation code activation code in the app - it is directing me to an activation website - but the website won't load after trying repeatedly for two days. Error message is "This site can't be reached - www.internetactivation.com refused to connect". I have a screen shot but can add it to this post! Any help welcomed - but it does not seem Nitro it any good on customer support unless you are premium subscriber! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
