Issues activating serial number on new device

Hi, I am trying to install Nitro onto my laptop. I have gone through the serial number checker and Nitro recognises the serial number but then pops up with a box asking me to deactivate devices, what devices is it talking about? I no longer have the old devices that Nitro was on. It also say on the serial number checked that there are zero active so I can have 2 activations. Does this mean I can the licence on my laptop and PC?

Please get the latestversion 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
