I am battling to get my Nitro 12 reactivated can someone please assist as I transferred to a new computer. It will not even reactivate on my old computer either anymore. As per our server logs, we can see you were able to install and activate your Nitro Pro 12 using serial number 234600-xxxxxx-378429 Do you still need further assistance here? If yes, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574) and the same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Dennis Riekert Posted February 11, 2022 Author Report Share Posted February 11, 2022 Good day Allain, I was able to resolve the issue with further investigation and established that I had to download the latest Nitro Pro 12 version and that resolved the issue. I apologise for the delay in reply, I now have a problem as I wish to upgrade and it will not allow me to upgrade. I received an email indicating that I was eligible for an upgrade and wanted to take up on the offer. I entered my serial number with and without the dashes in the serial number.
