Activation Issue with Nitro Pro 12

I can't seem to get my version to activate after cloning my hard drive onto a new M.2 storage device.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check which version of Nitro PDF Pro is installed on your PC, this can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version is not Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, please uninstall then install that version by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link  

Once installed, you should be able to activate it using your existing serial number. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
