Says my Serial Number does not exist - help

Hi @Kevin McGowan

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Using the license portal, please check the version of the serial number. If the version is 12, you should have Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installed on the machine.  You can check the version of your Nitro PDF Pro installation under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If the version is not Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, please uninstall then install that version by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads  - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link 

Once installed, you should be able to activate it using your existing license. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. 

However, if the version of the license is 13, you need Nitro PDF Pro 13 installed on the computer. The installer for version 13 can also be located from the above link, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
