Moving PDF Pro to a new PC + user

Hello Nitro, we have 3 licenses one in use and two not in use. I do not know if they have been deactivated, I do not have access to the PCs.

How do we move the unused licenses to a new PC and user?

You can use the licensing portal to release an activation. The portal link is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

At this point, here are the status of your serial numbers:

234*************** - 2/2 Activation
234*************** - 0/2 Activation
234*************** - 1/2 Activation

They are all version 12 licenses and to successfully activate, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.
