Text in Nitro file properties field "Subject" is not visualized by Win Explorer

I need to fill the field Subject (Oggetto) in file Properties, in order to facilitate files identification when I look at files listed in folders. I can accomplish this with Office files, but I can't with Nitro files. Maybe there is a mismach between Nitro Subject field and Subject field recognized by Win10 o.s., I don't know.

Please, help me to get what I need. Thanks
