I just got help to install the proper version of Nitro Pro 12 (uninstall and reinstall the latest version).

After doing so, it appears to be activated, but upon startup is giving me a 401 error.  It's not stopping me from using the product, but hoping to resolve.

Thanks

Hi @David Ingwersen

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that you are getting a 401 error when opening Nitro Pro.

Could you please try the steps below and let me know how the results?

1. Open your Nitro Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up.
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account.

Kind regards,
