[PDFPenPro] Library sync over iCloud

I have PDFPenPro 13.1 on 3 Mac, all syncing together with the same iCloud account.

On two machines I see all my library items, but on the third one (running Monterey), none of my custom items seem to sync at all. I'm not seing anything that Have on the other two. The list remains desperately empty.

There is nothing in the preferences or anywhere else where I seem tone able to control iCloud syncing for PDFPenPro and the manual (https://pdfpen.com/user-guide/getting-started/user-interface/library/?bsearch_highlight=icloud&hilite=icloud) seems to imply it should be automatic.

iCloud syncing is working just fine in the Finder and for other apps using CloudKit.

At this point, I'm not quite sure what I could do to get the sync to properly take place.

Hello @Corentin Cras-Méneur,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

That is correct with regard to the program because all settings are within iCloud.

Are all devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network?

Have you tried force closing of the affected PDFpen Pro and reopening them? How did it go?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Not even close @Allain Umailin 🙂 They are not on the same location (but should it matter for iCloud/Cloudkit?)

Quitting PDFPen Pro, rebooting the Mac, etc. Nothing does it. The items never seem to want to appear on the affected Mac.

Hello @Corentin Cras-Méneur,

My apologies for the delay, however, I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address.

In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser of the PDFpen Pro
-The email address used to purchase the PDFpen Pro
-A copy of the order invoice
-A screenshot of the 'About This Mac' window

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

I fail to understand why you need any of that to answer my question… I’m not asking for  refund or anything fo the sort: I’m asking a technical question about how to get iCloud syncing to work in PDFPen Pro…

That being said, I purchased my license under Corentin Cras-Méneur on May 4 2021 thought Paddle with the order number 2520xxxx.

I’ll send the rest by DM as soon as I get back to my Mac (I’m away from it right now).
