Ronald Masinambow Posted January 20, 2022 Report Posted January 20, 2022 Dear Support, We have 6 licenses of Nitro Pro 9. We haven't used it in a long time. And now we're going to reuse them. But, it seems all can't be activated. Because when we tried a few of them in gonitro.com/activation only the message "Invalid Data" appeared. Then we contacted the support center (www.gonitro.com/support -> Activating Nitro PDF Pro) and entered the serial number. After clicking "Find License" the serial number data appears in the form of: serial number (the serial number), version (how can it be changed to version 12??), status (activate), number of activations (0) and number of activation allowed (2). And after clicking "deactivate", the message "please select devices to deactivate" appears. For the additional information, previously these 6 licenses were used on notebooks of employees who had long resigned. And when they resign, there was no deactivation process. Please help so we can reuse these 6 licenses. We are very grateful for your help... Brgd, Ronald Masinambow

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. This is why you cannot activate or deactivate. However, old license was reset and transferred to our new activation server and will now work with the current build of Nitro Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). You can find Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your existing serial number.https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. Enter the serial number then click Activate. Kind regards,
