Hashim Posted January 19, 2022 Report Posted January 19, 2022 Hey Allain, I understand from the post that Nitro Pro 10 or 11 or 12 are not supported any more. I am currently using Nitro pro 11.0.8.470 that has been installed on my PC since forever and recently got deactivated on it's own. I purchased 2 licenses some years back and none of them are able to generate activation certificate as the redirect link www.internetactivation.com does not work. My questions is, what happens to my licenses? are the licenses and the money wasted or do i get an option to upgrade for free to latest version? I wasn't aware that Nitro released version 13 or I would have upgraded the license sooner as long as it was free since i have already paid.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 26, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Posted January 26, 2022 Hello @Hashim, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! We want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance and to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
