Jake Pereira Posted January 20, 2022 Report Share Posted January 20, 2022 Hello, I have an active subscription that I cannot use because my Nitro Pro app will not work on my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application many times and it has not helped fix the issue. When I launch the app, nothing appears. When I click on the Nitro Pro icon from my toolbar, it still does not open. When I hover over the app on my toolbar, a blank white window appears with the title "NITRO PRO (EXPIRED TRIAL)". I try clicking on it to launch the app but still, nothing happens. Please help as I'm a paying customer that really likes the tool but is growing more and more frustrated that I cannot access the app. Thank you.
