Debbie Linden Posted January 19, 2022 Report Share Posted January 19, 2022 The employee we bought Nitro Pro for has left the company and I have taken over her position and we do not have the serial number only the invoice showing reference # and invoice # - no serial number and laptop that had Nitro Pro on it needs to be signed back in but we do not have that information - can Nitro Pro be transferred to new employee? I will also need to change the password. Can I get this completed? I am not sure what else is needed to get this done but let me know if there is any other information needed please. Yes if you don't mind - I only use the split pages in Nitro and I can't seem to get just that back.
