Upgrade path for PDFPenPro v.10

Hi.. What is the upgrade method/path/cost from PDFPenPro v.10

Looking at your account records, I can you have PDFpen Pro 11 that you upgraded to on the 9th of March 2020, not a version 10.

The upgrade would normally cost around $35 and in order to upgrade, kindly launch your current PDFpen app and the app will notice your previous version and would also offer to check for a possibility of a free upgrade.

When I run Check for Update I get an Update Error message which says an error occurred in retrieving update information.

and yes I see that I updated to PDFpen Pro 11 in 2020

Thank you for your patience and responses.

To further assist you, let us uninstall and reinstall your PDFpen Pro 11 then try upgrading again to version 13 through the app. Here are the steps:

1. Perform Software Update through System Preferences.

2. In 'View Registration', take note of your license then delete it. 

3. Delete the PDFpen app from your device then restart your device

4. Reinstall PDFpen Pro 11.x by redownloading the installer from our page https://pdfpen.com/support/other-versions/ 

5. Reactivate the program using the same license.

6. The app should notice your previous version and offer to check for a free upgrade. For your case, you can click on "Buy an upgrade license" for upgrade pricing.

7. Complete your transaction and version 13 will register with your new license. You will also receive an email of the new license for your records.
