Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13 (the latest build) from the page I have provided below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps! This is an MSI installer, not the EXE installer from the dowloads page. (Please note, a uninstall-reinstall, or cleanup-reinstall is recommended). Also, did you install the latest Windows 11 update? I've uninstalled Nitro Pro completely and installed again, started additional NitroPDFSupportTools.exe with adminrights but the installation of the virtual printer fails every time. Thomas Täubel Posted March 10, 2022 Report Share Posted March 10, 2022 Hello all, after some thought, I have found the solution: last year, no patch existed for the Windows PrintNightmare vulnerability, but a workaround did. I had applied this and it surely prevented a printer installation. I have now removed the workaround again and the installation worked as usual.
