The employee who took over the job used the trial version of Nitro at the beginning. We therefore wanted to use the old employee's licence for the new colleague, but unfortunately this cannot be transferred. When I want to deactivate the licence manually on all devices, it shows that the licence is not active on any device. The invoice and serial number of the licence are available.
