I don't have access to the serial number because my computer crashed. The only think I have is the invoice where I bought the program, but it doesn't have a serial number. How can I reactivate my Nitro?

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account. 1. First and last name of purchaser 2. Email address used purchase Nitro 3. Order reference number You can also send me your invoice so I can find the serial number. I look forward to hearing back from you.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
