I am having trouble reactivating Nitro Pro on my new computer.  I get to the stage where a pop up says pick device.  I say "ok", then it does nothing.  3**-***-**** or email:  peg*@outlook.com

Please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 and older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy
However, you can still use your existing license to activate the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574)
You can download the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you should be able to activate using your existing serial number. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. 

If you would like to upgrade your license to version 13 with a discounted price, you can do the upgrade through our online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade 
Nitro PDF Pro 13 comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.

Hi @Peg Ellefson

That version can only be activated using a version 13 license. Do you have a version 13 serial number?

If you are not sure, please use the licensing portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) to determine the version of your serial number. If the version is 12, you need to uninstall then install Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.

I have version 12 per the screen.  I still cannot activate based on the serial number I have.  I may have upgraded at some point, but I don't have that serial number.  Also, same problem, when I go to deactivate.  It says select device, when I click "ok", it does nothing.

I checked the license purchase records under your email address and I only see a version 12 license as well. 


Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13.20.2.587 then install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 so you could successfully activate using your existing serial number. 
The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is 12.16.9.574 and the installer can be located from the following location: 


https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Once installed, verify the version and build under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
Once confirmed that you are on Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, activate it using your serial number.
