Kate Peterson
License Portal says I have 2 activations on my license but I don't have one of the computers. I need to deactivate for the computer I no longer have and activate on a new computer. Also, is it possible to increase the number of activations? What would that cost? Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted January 30, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 30, 2022 Hi @Kate Peterson Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! You can deactivate the active activation through the licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal. Simply enter the serial number then click Find License. From there, you can click the Deactivate button to release an activation. Once released, you should be able to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 on one of the computers. If needed, the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Please be aware that a single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA): 'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is not used at the same time as the software on the primary computer.' A single-user license cannot be modified to increase the allowed number of activations. You can purchase another license at https://www.gonitro.com/pricing#nitro-pdf-pro Kind regards,
