I have just purchased a new computer and tried to deactivate my licence on my old computer so I can move it to my new computer. This deactivated the licence on the computer but could not connect with the deactivation server. When I installed Nitro Pro 11 on my new system, I could not activate it. Once again I could not connect to www.nitropdf.com/activation so activation failed. Can you fix this? How do I fix this when your systems don't work.
