William John Biddle Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 I have been using Nitro Pro 11 for the past 4 years or so. I have just purchased a new computer and tried to deactivate my licence on my old computer so I can move it to my new computer. This deactivated the licence on the computer but could not connect with the deactivation server. When I installed Nitro Pro 11 on my new system, I could not activate it. Once again I could not connect to www.nitropdf.com/activation so activation failed. Can you fix this? How do I fix this when your systems don't work.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work I can see that you have upgraded your license to version 13. Could you please confirm if you were able to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 and successfully activated it using your version 13 license? Kind regards,
