Activation of Licenses for a Client

Hello support,

One of our clients has 3 Licenses with 2 keys for each. I tested all the licenses and they are not working. However, the office is small and there are no more than 6 people so I'm not sure how all the licenses are being used. If I could get in contact with support, I can test all the license keys with them and see if we can use one of them or if a new license is needed to be purchased. Please provide all the Nitro PDF Pro serial numbers so we could check the status and activation records on our end.

Hey So I checked on all the users, I deactivated one of the serial numbers and tried to activate it on the user's Nitro program and it did not work. The error message says the serial number entered does not exist. Here is the number 234***-******-******

To successfully activate using that serial number, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). You can find the installer from the link below and activate it using the provided serial number.
