The serial was already on another windows 10 pc we retired. The deactivation went well. We have another request also. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. To continue using your existing license, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can find Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 11 serial number. https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link During the installation, you will be prompted to select which language you prefer. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it using your existing serial number. If the activation issue persists, please provide the serial number you are using to activate the software.
