Crashing on Open

Good Afternoon,

I am working with a user that has Nitro Pro installed on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19044. He has version 13.58.0.1180 installed. Every time the program launches, it crashes. We have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared out the AppData folders, cleared out the ProgramData folders, checked registry, checked folder permissions, tried to repair the installation, uninstall/reinstall again. I was able to get one file to open after a reinstall and then it began to crash again. We're out of ideas on fixing this.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and sincere apologies for the incovenience.

For me to better assist you in troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide me with the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

-Are any other users able to replicate the issue, or is it just the one computer/user?

-The serial number of the Nitro Pro 13 (via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'). This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
