Existing User - Forced to activate

I used my nitro daily....however out of nowhere - when i access Nitro Pro today,  I get the "there was a connection issue". when i select manual and add my serial number...it takes me to instructions and step 1 is to copy the pre-generated certificate from below....however, there is no pre-generated certificate shown...its blank....need help

We are pleased to inform you that we have released recent builds that address this reverting to the 'Expired Trial' issue so kindly update using the below direct installers for the most updated build:

x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 50496x-xxxxxx-072848

Should the program revert to 'Trial' or 'Expired Trial' again, please do not hesitate to reach-out again by replying to this thread.
