Kimberley Chambers Posted February 2, 2022 Report Share Posted February 2, 2022 I used my nitro daily....however out of nowhere - when i access Nitro Pro today, I get the "there was a connection issue". when i select manual and add my serial number...it takes me to instructions and step 1 is to copy the pre-generated certificate from below....however, there is no pre-generated certificate shown...its blank....need help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
