Consistent Crashing when Opening Nitro Pro

I installed Nitro Pro in September of 2020. Now, when I try to open files with Nitro or try to open the desktop app I get a wheel icon and the app closes within seconds of trying to open. Because of this, I am not able to find serial or license numbers for the original purchase. This is also not available when I log in on the website and I do not have a confirmation email available in order to find that information either. When logging into my account on Nitro Sign online my accounts says "expired plan". I will need assistance in order to get Nitro Pro working again properly on my desktop.

Hello @Aaron Burdick,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

If Modify button is greyed-out, please refer to this screencast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c

If repairing didn't help, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.58.0.1180).

Lastly, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
