Unable to access Nitro Sign - Expired Account?

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite (which included Nitro Sign unlimited e-signatures). 


I have loaded a document and want to send for signature. When logged in, the status at my profile says "Expired Plan" and if I try to "Send for Signature" the only option is for me to upgrade and repurchase. 

I just downloaded and updated my Nitro Pro. I'm running version 13. 58.0.1180. 

Please help me to regain access to this portion of the product.

I am also having this same issue. I am running the most up to date version of Nitro Pro, and I have Nitro Productivity Suite that included unlimited eSignatures.

PAUL MCVICKER

I am still unable to access Nitro Sign.  I'm trying to get something signed for filing in Federal Court in the next hour and have no access to a service I have paid for.
