Can't open PDF

Hi @Mary Hoskinson

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that you are getting the error code 0x40000029 when opening a PDF document in Nitro PDF Pro. This issue has been resolved in the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro which is 13.58.0.1180. 
Please update your installation to that build by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

To update, simply run the installer and it will automatically update your installation to the latest build. When done, verify it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Once confirmed that your installation is on 13.58.0.1180, please try top open again the document.
