I believe you are using the license portal to deactivate an activation. If the 'Number of Activations' shows 0, there is no need to deactivate since there's no active activations. To continue on using your existing license for activation, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. The installer for that build can be located from the link https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
