Colleen Chase Posted February 6, 2022 Report Share Posted February 6, 2022 Trying to activate Nitro pro 13 Download is Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 I put in my serial number which I had saved on a notepad Serial number does not exist, it says 7 months ago I installed on a different computer, version 13.38.1.739 On that installation I can see the license number looks correct, i.e. the first several digits are the same as in my notepad. However the Help About does not show the complete license number. This was purchased in May 2021 and I just need to move it to my new computer.
