Steve Breedlove Posted February 6, 2022 Report Share Posted February 6, 2022 I hope I don't get laugh at over this. I'm trying to deactivate my copy of Nitro PDF Professional 6. Yes I said 6. It works just fine on my Windows 7 laptop. The Laptop needs a refreshing(actually already did on another drive) and I'm trying to deactivate it on old drive so I can install on new one. I found the activation page from the Nitro Support page and I entered the S\N and it found my info(Claims version 12?)..... I click deactivate and a box pops up to select devices to deactivate...... there is nothing that I can "Select" on. There is a clickable "Deactivate" button but nothing that's selectable as far as a device. I just want to use my software that works and any help to make that happen would be appreciated.
